As Coronavirus rages, companies are pitching in to assist during the COVID-19 pandemic by offering several helpful resources during the crisis.. Here are examples from a variety of cause areas from education to messages of social distancing. For those looking for a way to give back, here is a list that we have compiled for you:

Feeding America

This incredible charity coordinates the fight against hunger by enabling donations to food banks across the country. People in the Raleigh area, for example, are instantly connected to both the inter-Faith Food Shuttle and Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina. You can also visit their fundraising page to donate to food banks across the country in this time of crisis.

All In Challenge

Join the All In Challenge to help raise money to provide food to those in need – kids, elderly and frontline heroes. 100% of money raised will be donated to benefit groups such as Meals on Wheels, No Kid Hungry, America’s Food Fund, and others. Ranging from One-Day Contract to Play with the Dallas Mavs to Enjoying a UT Football Game with Matthew McConaughey to Getting on the Cover of Sports Illustrated, there are many ways you can participate in raising funds while entering a chance to win a fun experience.

Amazon Smile

AmazonSmile is a simple and automatic way for you to support your favorite charitable organization every time you shop, at no cost to you by donating a small percentage of your Amazon.com purchase to a nonprofit 510 (c) (3) organization of your choice. You can view all of the verified charities on the AmazonSmile Charity List.

GoFundMe

GoFundMe’s Small Business Relief Initiative aims to support small businesses by centralizing small business fundraisers, making it easier for supporters to find small businesses that need help, making it easy for small businesses to start their own fundraisers and providing matching grants.

  • Help Small Businesses Affected by Coronavirus: Centralized search where all coronavirus-related small business GoFundMe fundraisers are cataloged.
  • Fundraisers: Small businesses can create a GoFundMe fundraiser.
  • Small Business Relief Fund: Through donations from GoFundMe, Yelp, and QuickBooks, the Small Business Relief Fund will be issuing $500 matching grants to qualifying businesses that raise at least $500 on the platform.

Kabbage

Kabbage launched an online hub to help boost sales for small businesses. The site allows anyone in the US to purchase gift certificates from participating small businesses, providing small businesses with the capital they need today. Customers can then redeem the gift cards for remote-based services now or save them for when the crisis has ended.

Kiva

Kiva, a global distributor of microloans, is expanding eligibility for its microloan program in the US to support small businesses affected by COVID-19. In addition to 0% interest on microloans, eligible US applicants for Kiva microloans can qualify for larger loans (up to $15,000) and will enjoy a grace period of up to 6 months.
